Under the covers with Sheila

Danny felt his mind drift in and out of consciousness, but Sheila kept him near. His dreams were of images he didn't recognize. For the first time ever, he dreamt in black and white. But he didn't cry.

Sheila regarded her younger brother with her head laying in her open palm.

"I feel like I could stay with you forever sometimes," she confessed.

"I feel that way about all of you," Danny replied. "I just... don't have any reason not to be with you."

"Then just rest," Sheila said, and held him close.

Danny felt their hearts connect. "Don't worry," Sheila whispered. "I won't have you sing a concerto for me tonight. Just a nice, soft love song will do..."
